Kirkstall PE day : Tuesday
Children will need to bring their PE kit in on Monday morning to hang on their peg for the week. Children will bring their PE kit home every Friday ready for washing at the weekend.

St Pius Transition Day
We consolidated our learning about Forces on our trip to St Pius! The children loved spotting St Alban's pupils of the past and experiencing life in a secondary school! We learned more about wind turbines and how to make the best paper airplane!
World Book Day 2026!
We loved every second of World Book Day 2026! We enjoyed drama, reading with our loved ones, buddy reading in the library, a world book day draw along online and our favourite - stop drop and read!

Adventures in Learning
Kirkstall have been delving deep into the rainforest as part of immersion week for our new 'Adventures in Learning' topic - OUR WORLD: How can we love it better?
The children have been exploring on a virtual tour of The Eden Project in Cornwall and even creating their own rainforest reading area, complete with its own rainforest soundtrack!
